Privacy Policy
1. What we collect
When you contact us through this site, we collect what you send us: your name, email, and message. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site (see section 3).2. How we use it

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors find and use this site. Google Analytics sets cookies (small files stored by your browser, such as those named
_ga) and collects information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the site that referred you, your browser and device type, and your approximate location at the city or country level. Google Analytics does not log or store full IP addresses. We do not use this information to identify you, and we do not use Google Analytics for advertising.Google processes this information under its own privacy policy, at policies.google.com/privacy. You can stop Google Analytics from collecting data about your visits by installing Google’s opt-out browser add-on, at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings. The site works the same either way.
4. Client site data
Investor and filings data shown on client sites comes from public sources: SEC EDGAR and OTC Markets. We do not collect data about visitors to client sites beyond standard hosting logs.5. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it for, or as long as the law requires.
Inquiries. Emails and messages you send us are kept for up to three (3) years after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Clients. If you become a client, we keep contract, billing, and project records for as long as the engagement lasts and for seven (7) years afterward, to meet tax, accounting, and legal record-keeping obligations.
Analytics. Google Analytics data is kept for fourteen (14) months and then deleted automatically.
Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.
When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
6. Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, give you a copy of it, correct it, or delete it. You can also ask us to stop emailing you at any time.
Depending on your state, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and others with consumer privacy laws, you may have additional rights, such as the right to know the categories of personal information we collect and why, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information or its use for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
To make a request, email hello@otcmvp.com with the subject line “Privacy request.” We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it, and we will respond within forty-five (45) days. You may use an authorized agent to make a request for you. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our response, and we will tell you the outcome of the appeal and how to contact your state attorney general if you disagree. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
